About us

The evolution of the close bond with Harrogate started in the 1980s. Angelo’s father, awarded the title of Commander by the president of Italy and one of the longest serving Honorary Consuls of Switzerland, travelled to Harrogate in search of a suitable boarding school. Both parents are from the Veneto area of Italy and have lived in Lusaka, Zambia for the past fifty years. They emigrated to Lusaka in the 1960s and are well known leaders in electrical contracting, engineering and manufacturing. (In 2010 Mr. Giorgio Narder received the title of Commendatore from the President of Italy. The prestigious "Commander" order of merit reflects good works in the community and industry.)

Arrangements were made and from the age of ten years old, Angelo attended boarding school in Harrogate. His parents, Commander Giorgio and Nives, were keen for Angelo to visit his Italian relatives to understand their work ethic and dedication. Naturally, in Italy “Angelo” is a popular name. The same region around Treviso is known for companies including De Longhi (established 1902), which owns Kenwood. Angelo is well travelled and is trilingual with fluent Italian and French. 

What We Do

The company renovates residential properties in accordance with building regulations and the approval of local authorities and stakeholders. We do not operate in the buy to let market. Our modernised properties consist of impeccable finishes and standards.

The property sector was always an instinctive career choice for Angelo. As well as being electrical engineers and contractors, his parents renovated office buildings, factories and residential properties. They're well known in Europe and Africa for working to international quality standards.

Angelo says:
